Frequently Asked Questions

  • At North Side Boarding and Training we offer a variety of services to fit your pets needs. We offer short term boarding, long term boarding, training classes, and board and train options.

  • Yes we do! As long as your intact pet is well mannered we are happy to have them.

  • What sets us apart from most boarding facilities is how we make your pet feel at home. North Side Boarding and Training is not a commercial franchise, we are a local buisness that personalizes your pets care. Our kennel building is in our own back yard meaning your pet is never left alone for long.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We provide everything your pet will need, except for their food. You will be required to bring enough food for the durration of your pups stay. If your pet has food alergies we do encourage you to bring treats that they can eat without issue. We do not recomend bringing multiple toys, blankets, or beds, but if you feel that you pet would be happier with a comfort item or two we are happy to keep that with them.

  • Unless otherwise mentioned in the class description, all you need to bring is treats, a six foot leash, collar, and your pup! Pro tip, bring your pet hungry and motivated to work for food.

  • We do not let client pets play with other client pets, but we do let them play with our own dogs. We take safety very seriously and introduce dogs slowly under constant supervision. Once your pet is comfortable with us and we have a good idea of their personality, we introduce them to one of our own dogs that we think they will get along with. If your pet doesn’t like to be around other pets, no problem! We will keep them entertained and worn out with one on one play.
